    A: 1. Prior to the commencement of cooperation, we will sign a detailed Technology and Business Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with you, which clearly defines the Scope of Confidentiality, Confidentiality Obligations, Term of Confidentiality, and Breach of Contract.

    2. During collaboration, all design drawings and data are stored in encrypted, dedicated spaces. Access is granted on a strict need-to-know basis; only the engineers and product managers directly assigned to the project can access the specific drawings required for their tasks.

    3. All data exchanges must be conducted through secure, company-approved channels. The use of insecure public channels, including personal email or instant messaging tools, for transmitting any drawings or documents is strictly prohibited.

    4. Upon the conclusion of this cooperation, we shall fully comply with the agreement. The relevant product designs shall not be repurposed, replicated, or provided to any other client or project.
  • Q: How do we ensure that customized products are not reused for other clients or projects?
    A: This is a standard operating procedure, secured through technical isolation and legal exclusivity:

    1. Project Isolation Protocol: We establish completely independent project workspaces and data archives for each client. Data from different clients is segregated both physically and logically, eliminating any risk of cross-project use or leakage.

    2. Contractual Binding Force: The NDA incorporates explicit "Intellectual Property Ownership" and "Exclusivity Clauses." These clauses legally affirm that all rights to the customized products, designs, and derivatives developed for you belong solely to your company, and we promise not to utilize them for any other commercial purposes.
  • Q: Will customized products be used as showcases or promotional case studies?
    A: We will never do this without your explicit written authorization.

    1. Strict written authorization process: Any external demonstration (including on the official website, brochures, industry exhibitions, etc.) must be authorized in writing by you before or after the project begins. The authorization will clearly specify the scope and form of the demonstration.

    2. "Strictly Confidential" by Default: In our internal system, all customized projects are in the "Confidential" status by default. Except for the core project team, no one has the right to access any specific technical details, and no information may be used for publicity without prior authorized consent.
